Gino is a 20 year veteran of law enforcement and a 16 year veteran police officer who retired from the Pottsville Bureau of Police. In addition his career included employment as an investigator with the Schuylkill County Sheriff’s office and a sworn municipal police officer in multiple jurisdictions throughout the Coal Region of Schuylkill County and in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Gino graduated from the Pennsylvania Municipal Police Officers Academy, Pennsylvania Sheriff’s Academy, and have attended over 37 specialty police and law enforcement investigator training courses, and have received various awards for working in the field of investigations from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of the Inspector General. The business was featured in the Government Accountability Office‘s federal criminal history and government investigation.
Gino graduated from Columbia Southern University with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice with a minor in Internet Technology, Magna Cum Laude, a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration, and is now in pursuing a Philosophy Doctoral degree in Criminal Justice Administration and Legal studies.
As a former Police officer, The CEO has been classified as an expert witness in Schuylkill County Court of Common Pleas and Schuylkill County Municipal Court as an expert in street level drug investigations and public housing fraud investigations. Worked with agencies such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Federal Office of the Inspector General, PA State office of the Attorney General, PA State and numerous police agencies within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Secret Service, and has protected the vice president of the United States, Dick Cheney, along with presidential candidate and Senator John McCain.
